I tried to purchase a clearance smart watch here that the office max app said they had inventory of. But when I got there they said no where available. I was more than disappointed.

They only have scan machines to transfer to a sub or to make copies. They need a scan that works so you can send it to an email. And now top of that their fax machines didn't work. It was very inconvenient. They only had one employee helping everyone, I was there for 30 mins because the machines they offered were in my convenience & now I had to wait for someone to assist me. This is why Staples is preferable.

Poor service in Printing Center I respectfully greeted the 2 associates in the Printing Center while they were talking about stuff. If they really knew anything about customer service, they would have put the conversation on hold to acknowledge me as a customer. But no, I waited for 3 minutes and they continued to talk as if I wasn't there. Thankfully since I filled out the survey, the manager Kimberly was nice enough to call me and apologize for the service I received
