Worst experience of my life. Everyone that order after us got their food first. They kept messing up or simple order and we waited like 30 minutes for our food. Food tasted good though I just would never come back.

This place was very dissapointing in terms of food quality. The first time I came to this place I ordered the beef bbq and it was very chewy, thin, and tasted horroble. I came here a second time because my friends convinced me to try the chicken katsu. When i tasted this it was even more horrifying than my first experience. The chicken meat was brown and had too much batter, it was also very oily. The customer service was also unacceptable. The gentleman at the front showed no emotion at all and was very monotoned. Overall I would not come here when I got to the house I ended up puking my guts out avoid this place.

I thought it may have just been me the first time I ate here and got nausea, but this last time I puked it all up. I think their chicken was probably reheated seeing as how fast they made the order.

I enjoy the food, mostly, but today was annoyed by the “must turn in receipt to get food” policy. If my number is 47 and you call 47 and I get up to get it and you remember taking my order, just give me my flipping order. This policy is annoying and makes me want to eat lunch elsewhere. Are you listening management?

One of the only Hawaiian places in Davis, not my favorite but its cheap and filling. Food is ok.
