Luke was a great salesman and his team made sure they got the best deal possible. They were friendly and it was the best service I've ever seen. Thanks for the new pickup truck keep it up

Everyone was so helpful and worked really hard to meet our needs however we need to give it some more time ! We really felt as we drove away that it was a great visit and it was the Best decision at this time for us !

i called to schedule for service, i got an answering machine? does more than one person work there? then i finally reached service, they said they might be able to get me in before october 4? amazing, what a letdown of a dealership, i dont think they even have running water and plumbing. so i cal a legitimate dodhe dealership in wavery i get greetedprofessionally on the phone by a service department, i get my vehicle scheduled and it was a simple painless professional experience. i honestly dont knowwhat it was i experienced at this "dealership"in portsmouth...sad....

They really went out of their way to give my wife and I a really great deal. I had an issue with a couple of liars from out of state that sold me a lemon at a liquidation sale. The regular staff at Ohio Auto really went out of their way to correct the problem that these the two liars created for me. They did alot more than most other dealerships in the area would. They got me out of a lemon and into a brand new car. Just goes to show that while other area dealerships boast about customer care the good people at Ohio Automotive really do care. I did not feel like a number there.
