Let me start by saying I don’t have the best credit track record and after years of buying high-mileage vehicles from Buy here pay here only to have them break down. I really wanted a newer vehicle. I was put in contact with Courtney from Ricart from my friend Andy, and let me tell you, she exceeded my expectations. We did the application over the phone and she was in constant contact the whole time, working diligently with the whole team there. The whole process took two days and when I came in with my mom, she answered all our relentless questions with ease and transparency. Ricart has been great and I will be recommending them to all my family and friends. I love my car and how awesome she made the experience! Thank you!

On Friday i scheduled an appointment to look at a specific car for the following day. (Mind you we live 2 hours away) When I got there we met with a guy who said he was going to “lock in” on the car so we could test drive it, just to find out while we were waiting for the guy someone else came in to look at and eventually buy it. After finding that out and looking around for another car we decided to leave because there were no similar cars in my price range. After driving to Performance Chrysler, Jeep, Dodge, Ram a few minutes away I found a great car for an even better deal! If anyone is looking for an excellent car buying experience talk to The Performance team!

I was looking for a specific car on the internet. Found what I was looking for at Ricart. The only problem is that I live 400 miles from the dealership and couldn't see the car personally. I called to inquire about the car talking to Chase George. He checked to make sure the car was exactly what I was looking for. He also inspected the body and paint to make sure it was in good condition. I was 100% positive that he had my best interest in being happy and not just trying to make a sale. We agreed on the final price and then he worked on getting the car held for me. I got a flight from Western North Carolina to Columbus OH. Chase picked me up at the airport. He had all paper work ready to go when we got to the dealership. And best of all... The price was what he said from the beginning. No hidden extras. He was very knowledgeable of the technical workings of the car and took time to show them to me. I highly recommend Chase George for your salesman.

Family owned business. Rick Ricart is awesome and goes the extra mile to make customers happy! Unbelievable selection of cars with lots of financing options. Most used cars are Motor Trend CERTIFIED.

Really good service representatives and sales personnel. Had no trouble purchasing the car. Almost no negotiation on price however and received my vehicle missing 1 car floor mat. Got an excellent deal with great service. Just very small things from a perfect score. Definitely would work with this dealer again!
