The service was awful!! Had a appointment at 245 the guy helped us for maybe 5 minutes, the guy was nice atleast! We had a seat then was ignored for well over a hour. My friend and I left without a car and went to Bob Caldwell where he found a car and great service

Bought an 03 dodge ram from them for what I thought was a good price, until I got 50 miles down the road and gear oil leaking bad from rear end. Took it apart and they tried covering it up cause it was all new fluid in case. Bearing spun on pinion gear cause someone didn't know what they were doing. Asked them to make it right or at least reimburse me half, heard nothing from them. 5 months later gave them one more chance to help and still no word. Would not recommend this car dealer whatsoever.

Had an appointment was ignored the entire time. Wasnt really helpful with questions I had. Ended up going Bob Caldwell and got me into a car I have always been wanting with no hassle. Felt ignored the entire experience and lets just say I'm glad I didnt purchase a vehicle here.

My salesman Bob made the usually terrible long process of buying a car a incredible experience. In and out in 45 minutes. Will never do business with any other place and recommend all my friends do the same!

First time buying a car at a dealership and I couldn't be more pleased with the sevice. My used car has has a few problems with it but Kyle and Brandon have been wonderful in getting it fixed and back to me within days! They are good people and Friars Auto has been amazing at getting me back on the road as fast and safely as possible which is really important to a single mom. Love Jack Maxton and won't be going anywhere else anytime soon!
