My original GI doctor left his practice, so I had to change doctors.m The GI and Liver Institute was recommended to me. Took 2 months to get in to see a doctor, any doctor. And, after I seen the doctor I called the office because I wasn't feeling well and I did't get a return call for 5 days, an d it was just the assistant to tell me that the doctor was gone for the day and wouldn't be back until after the weekend. I ad been used to having a doctor through TriHealth that I could just message and he got back to me the same day. For anything urgent, he could get me in to see him within a day usually. If you want that kind of care, you won't get it at the Ohio GI & Liver Institute.

I've been in excruciating pain and I have called several times but no call back. I had to resort going to Urgent Care for alternative treatment. Even with my test results I couldn't get those either from this place. I recommend not to go here. They are unprofessional and never call back when they promise to.

Professionalism of office manager. 👎Offered a job at 15 to 16 an hour in interview but then called on the phone and told me 14 and plus have to pay 1000 for medical insurance for you and your family per month.

Very poor experience. Called to make an appointment. Had an impression that the lady I talk to doesn't care at all if I can get help. Was rude and unfriendly, and the fact that I had a good insurance didn't mean anything. I end up not making a very needed appointment.

Great facility. Everyone is very nice and welcoming, and they are always able to get me in when needed.
