This lab is very easy to get to and close to my home. The staff were very helpful as it was my first time there. The nurse that took my sample was very good. I have been to a lot of labs and this by far had the best and most caring technician.

I'm not kidding you, this TriHealth Occupational Medicine center is attached to a tobacco discounters. If that wasn't unacceptable enough, immediately upon entry the only thing you can see is a vending machine selling soda. Clearly tri health's main concern at this facility is money and not health. Beyond this, the staff here is distant and disinterested at best. The facility is run down and wait times are long. But that doesn't matter, because if you're here, you probably don't have a choice in the matter. I will be writin a letter to tri health to express my disappointment in their pecuniary focused facility.

Waited for 90 minutes past our appointment time. Staff are rude, slow and completely uninterested in the patients they serve. We finally just walked out.

Waited 50 min for a less than 5 min appointment with only 1 person ahead of me. I even had an appointment scheduled but should have just walked in may have been faster

Love how they treated me ! After being seen by a doctor that didn't listen or order the right text , Bethesda occupational health service is a God sent Thank you I'm on the road to recovery now !!!
