I have them a call after another taxi company blew me off. They had a young lady call me back. She told me she would be there to pick me up in 20 minutes, and she was right on time. Cab was very clean, and the young lady was very nice and friendly. Will definitely be giving them my business again!

Called for a cab to take me to work twice. The first trip was only $13 and that was only because they didn't say anything about a $20 minimum. Today I called for one and I don't have a problem with paying $20.......if they had showed up. Next 30 minutes go by I call and no answer, I call again and this time they answered. I asked about the cab I called and they don't even have on recorded a cab being sent. So yeah if cab companies wonder why they are going out of business and wanna know why people are switching too Uber or Lyft there's your reason.

Around 10 days ago I was heading to the Skirvin hotel in downtown Okc from the airport so I tried to take a twister cab a camry model .After I entered the cab the driver with a heavy accent insisted we charge 40 $ minimum I told him it s ok the company is paying for the ride and he kept saying take blue it s cheap and I told him again it s ok after that he told me sorry my credit card machine is not working so I ended up taking the next cab in line a white cab .I felt the cab was just trying to get rid of me that s very unprofessionnel to refuse service like that.

We paid $50 for a 15 minute ride. Most expensive cab company we've ever experienced, and we travel all over the country. Cab smelled like cigarette smoke so we rode the entire way with the windows down. When we tried to pay with our business card, the driver took a good 10 minutes to get his phone to work and we were asked to go to an ATM to get him cash instead (not convenient at all). It eventually worked when my husband looked at his phone and realized there was a technical issue, and showed him how to fix it. We won't use this company again.
