I went through Sooner Ride in OKC to get to my therapist appointment. Yellow Cab picked me up cause Sooner Ride uses their transport services. He picked me up when he was supposed to, to and from my appointment, but both times he was "weaving" through back streets and it took half an hour to get to the clinic I go to when it should have been 15 minutes on the interstate. He did the same thing on the way back to my apartment, took 40 minutes to get home when it should have been half that time, even during rush hour. It made me very uncomfortable as well that he was taking all those side streets. I thought I wasn't gonna get back home. I wish I had gotten his driver's info so I could report him. But according to some of these reviews, the company probably wouldn't listen. So I'm gonna make sure that Sooner Ride doesn't use Yellow Cab again.

I got a cab.  Upon drop off I realized I left my Iphone 7 company cell on the seat as I processed credit card I even tipped 4 dollars.  I jumped in my car the taxi dropped off.   Within 5 min I sourced a phone nearby called the office and reported I left the phone still on the car this was early afternoon.  The rudeness and th"do what's" I got trying to explain I left my phone in the cab and I needed them to contact the driver of car 177 was just pure unprofetional negligence. I called back every 30 min they answered my second round with the same what attitude and they were not able to reach the driver.  Through the remainder of the night I called every 30 min or so at which time they had to have known it was me they simply wouldn't answer the phone after 10 min of constant ringing repeated attempts.  About 1130 a different dispature answers a male he was kind verbally and said all he could do was have the driver call me.  Moments later the driver called and he didn't seethe phone but a precious passenger could have taken it.  I really feel had the driver known or had they got me some information back in less than 7 hours I might have got my phone back.  I will never use yellow cab and never recommend

If I could give negative stars I would. I schedule a cab last night around 6 to pick my husband up this morning at 3 for work. The lady said it wouldn't be a problem and that she would have someone here. I scheduled pickup 10 minutes early just in case they ran a few minutes late. Well after 20 minutes went by and they still had not shown up, I called. Only to be hung up on immediately 3 times! After the 4th call the lady finally picked up so i could see where they were. When I asked how long it would be the lady told me that they had to wait for a driver to even respond because they still hadn't found one!! I told her that is ridiculous and she decides to pop an attitude like it was my fault! What? I cancelled because there was no way in hell they were going to get my business after that. Save your time and money!

Man I called them and he made it in a reasonable time but never made an effort to find my apartment so I had to walk to the front and the meter just moves way to fast looks like ubers got a new customer

You are NOW forever on our DO NOT call list all because of some piss poor service over a 3 lbs dog. Your stooopid when it comes to business practice. See where this gets you in the near future. Its against the law to refuse service to someone with a service dog. For Christ sake its 2018
