Pizza is awesome here! They have happy hour deals and are open late for those of you who like that sort of thing. But the service is always nice because our waitress at the time was nice, and kept busy with her work! Our drinks were always refilled even before we finished them, so that was a nice change to have a waitress be on top of her game!

This old Chicago's is my favorite. They seem to always be very friendly, professional, and the food is always great. I used to always order the barbecue chicken pizza when it used to be on the menu. Although it isn't on the menu anymore they still offer to make it for me when I come. That's called going out if your way for your customers! Great food, great beers, great staff!

This review is more for Eric, the bartender. I was there on a Wednesday, the day before thanksgiving and he was absolutely slammed. Working by himself you could tell how busy he was. I remember him saying that, " he hasn't even had a chance to use the bathroom." I relate to that on a personal level, working in the service industry myself. Through all that he still remained to be everything you want your bartender to be corteous, attentive, and compassionate. So much I tipped this man at 100% because he deserved every cent. So if the manager sees this, give that man a raise, or at least a nice Christmas bonus. Thanks Eric, for the great service.

Normally when we go there we have a good experience. But today, Sunday: arrived after the Broncos game. Sat at the bar for at least 5 minutes, as the bartender walked back and forth in front of us: serving others, cashing others out. All we would need is "I'll be with you in a minute" and we would have been good. Nothing. ..till we actually raised our hands. ... and no hello...she did not tell us her name, no smile...no "thanks for waiting" ..... just "what can I get you?" Waited another few minutes to get the overpriced $3.99 pint of Coors Light. We had planned on eating there, but once our beers were gone, and no mentioned of food we decided to leave. Not worth giving THAT bartender the great tip that we always leave. We went one block away to Cheddars, and had a great bartender, her name was Sarah, terrific experience. SHE got the $30.00 tip! If I were you Old Chicago, I wouldn't keep that Sunday 3:00 bartender!

We always go to the same Old Chicago and normally have good service and good pizza, as that's what I always get. Tonight I'm not sure what was going on but the service want the best. The toppings on my pizza were wrong, but it was her first week so I have her a break. It took longer that usual to get seated and longer than normal to get our food. There were only like 4 tables on the restaurant side so I don't know why.
