I I love buying clothes from Old Navy plus the employees here in Wilmington are very nice and can always answer any questions that you may have.

This is not an outlet, as some people seem to think it is. Cons: they have a limited selection of things for adults. I realize that sounds insane considering the amount of room for the adult clothes. It's too many varieties with not enough stock in those varieties. I usually have to make my purchases online. They rarely have more than 1 person at the registers at a time. You have to count on spending time in line when you do find things to purchase. Not all shirts are created equal. I have found a lot of shirts that the neckline stretched out so much, they can't be salvaged. Of course, this is not a problem specific to this store. Pros: I have yet to be disappointed in the selection of kids clothes. I always find what I need for my kids, which is what keeps me shopping there. The staff is usually friendly. The college students who work there can be hit and miss with consideration, but anyone from an older generation is always wonderfully nice. I find that issue a lot with college students around here, as if they don't understand the customer service aspect of retail. Moral of the story: it's a good place for kids clothes. Shop online for adult clothes. Don't expect to be in and out quickly.

I don't understand why numerous employees are working at the store and there is only one at the register. The lady in front of me has taken over ten minutes to buy the entire store. Now they have just left the register to look for another item. I've been the only one standing in line behind her and watched the employees unload hangers in a box. Now I finally asked for someone to check me out as a wrote this review. I would leave already if I didn't like these socks too much for my baby girl. Ohhh and she didn't get anyone else to assist me.

Long lines and poor selection in the store, but that is their new business plan. Still love their clothes, I just buy online and return to the store if I have to

This is not an outlet! Just a regular old navy! Found some things I wanted, but had them at home old navy as well. The clearance rack looked like they had been bombed...clothes everywhere!
