This is a very nice clothing store. There is plenty of free and handicap parking. The store is extremely clean, well organized, and well stocked. The employee's are friendly and helpful. I had a great time shopping in this clothing store.

I'm a huge fan of ON's clothing. But this particular store -not so much. The staff seemed to be more focused on private conversations rather than helping customers. Also in the section where the running pants were, the pants were so high that I had to stand on the tips of my toes to see the size. Lastly, the store was in shambles, garments were everywhere. What I hope is that this was just a one-off situation and next time it will be better

Usually always clean, organized, customer service is also pretty good and someone almost always acknowledges you and they have a wide variety of everything that you need, in all sizes. This is personally my favorite location of Old Navy to visit. The only complaint is that there's not enough room for parking at all.

This location has a limited selection of children's clothing. I don't mean based on my preference. I mean the boys section is not very large and even more limited when divided into the various categories of clothing (athletic, casual shirts/pants/shorts). Definitely challenging when looking for specific category of clothing, as the limited space is further segmented. When I do find an item to  purchase, I am frequently frustrated by wait times at the register.  With the exception of sales events, there is generally only one register operating. That means waiting in line behind returns and exchanges, while watching the other associates fold and hang clothing.
