My fiancé and I tried calling them and were left on hold using three different phones for over 20 minutes. To see if they have a very common studio jacket in her size while we were at the very helpful Cumberland mall express. Julia was awesome, someone from management really need to have a talk with Lenox customer service team. It was absolutely deplorable. Thanks but no thanks Lenox mall.

One of their stylists was so kind and helped me pick out the perfect date outfit. Although, it seemed the whole team was on board! Loved my trip here from the moment I walked in!

I'm an Express man and no doubt about. Love this store especially this location in Lenox Square.

I really dislike dealing with the employees at this location. They're not friendly, they never answer their phone and they always seem like they don't have time to answer what questions you may have. Having worked at an Express before, this really saddens me. I usually love shopping at Express but the lack of customer hospitality is discouraging.
