Worst clothing store I’ve bought from online. They have a very shady return policy for wrong items. Their customer service is pretty unfriendly, as well, and they have prompts where they’ll just repeat the same phrase regardless of what you ask. It’s like talking to a mean, sassy robot. I really wouldn’t recommend shopping here unless you go in person and are sure you don’t want or need to return anything. There’s a high probability they will ship you the completely wrong item and then make a big deal out of you returning it to them because it’s basically “stolen”. Ugh.

Although the clothes were cute, they were overpriced for the quality.  Nothing in Charlotte Russe should cost more than $20. They did have a nice selection within this price range.

Charlotte Russe is one of my favorite stores to purchase accessories. It’s such a trendy store. I can buy cute necklaces, bracelets, rings as well as sexy high heels. There are always great sales as well. Staff is always friendly.

Bad customer service. Will not be visiting again!  Managers are rude as well. Go to another mall to shop at this store
