This is for the extremely extremely poor and rude customer service!!!! The manager or the store in charge has to really look into this issue, very much appalled by their attitude!!!

ppl working when 50 people are in line Saturday afternoon. Inefficient and just plain dumb business's practice. Manager or whoever makes the decisions for operations on behalf of this branch should respectfully resign.
