This Target takes too long to restock merchandise, often months. There are certain items I like to get from Target because they are cheaper, but it's very disappointing when those items won't be available until many weeks later. One time they were out of stock on all the items I needed, I walked out of the store empty handed. The majority of the employees are unfriendly and not very helpful. I often will go to the Targets in Agoura and Thousand Oaks, those stores are so much better with restocking merchandise, they always have what I need and the employees are friendly and helpful.

I called Target, West Hills. The operator did not identified herself or the store name. She was not pleasant nor helpful. She didn't even seesuggest or offered the phone number of any other Target in the area. Mind you there is another Target in Canoga Park, just a few miles , 2miles. It was as if she was in a vacuum of her own world. I was very, very disappointed. I rate their customer service a 1 because there isn't a lower score, like 0 or negative number. Really!

One of the most frustrating visits ever! The store was mobbed, suddenly everyone had to shop on Sunday afternoon. The item we were there for had been sold out--empty boxes left on the shelf (white glue in craft section). Then girls' T-shirts had been tossed all over the shelves, not even picked up off the floor. On to eye carte products where everything has been moved and no new signage. Check-out lines went on forever! A bad day all around
