Five stars for a chain store?

Yup nicest manager I have had the pleasure of dealing with in a longtime. Offered to help carry everything out to the car. He was super friendly and his employees had great attitudes.

I had a bad fog machine, the lady at the counter was so nice. Remembering us from the day before and engaging in friendly conversation.

Thank you and I will be back

This place has the best customer service!!!!!!!! Everyone who works there is kind and curtious, I had the pleasure of getting helped by a couple of managers along with some very helpful cashiers who all cared about that party I was preparing for. The lines at the store were kind of long, just the rush of the day, I suppose. The cashiers did make the line move quickly. This is my go-to place to go for any sort of party planning or decorating.

Kids are touching the masks and it's gross. This place also I very disorganized. It's a dump

The kids who work there don't care about customer service. I've never seen an adult working there. The level of service is very 2 stars so don't expect much when going. Also the prices are a little high so I find my stuff at Target or Walmart. If you need balloons there blow up, I suggest the Dollar store at Platt..I haven't gone in there for a year now and I live 3 blocks away. Something needs to change there.. Not sure what though?

The store is clean and the staff are very hardworking and helpful. The only problem would have to be the long line, but that's not the stores fault, it's the customers.
