Story

Located in the heart of Old Town Burleson, this 100 year old historic restaurant has a little something for everyone from House Smoked BBQ, Tacos, Southern cuisine, Burgers and the BEST Brisket Nachos in Town.
Our full bar, wine list and 30 draft beers on tap lets you explore endless drink possibilities while keeping them cold on our Ice Rail.

Our Skybar is located on our rooftop , with live music on Thursday, Friday and Saturday nights starting at 8pm. (Be sure to check our events page for more details) Come early to get your seats. Full service menu and bar is available doors open at 6pm.
(21+ after 9pm on the Skybar)

And in case you want to do a little day drinking we serve Brunch on Saturday and Sunday mornings from 8am-12:30pm with $3 mimosa's and $4 Bloody Mary's

What is happening? We go there when we visit family, now our family told us it is a hit or miss now! Sure enough, we went Sunday evening 4/8/18. The chicken fried steak looked like it came from a frozen dinner, the BLT that advertised cabbage, yes it had cabbage- the bottom hard part shaved to look like the leafy part. It has got to be consistently good and not cutting corners. I hope this doesn't continue! Such a fun area to dine and shop! boo

Great local spot! Great food and atmosphere. The burgers are a favorite of mine, and if you’re picky about your burger bun like I am- the buns they use are delicious! Pretty great beer selection, but wish they had regular IPAs (they only have double). That’s my only gripe - other than that, love it!

Always a great time. Prices are very reasonable for food and drinks. Can't go wrong with a visit to the Brewery.

Old Texas Brewing company has been a great addition to "Old Town Burleson". Great place to meet for Lunch or Dinner. Service is always great and the food is always good too!! The Sky-bar on top is wonderful too. They have live Bands performing at times!

I am very ashamed of finding out how the owner of this business has treated an ex-employee. I don't know why this employee chose to leave to work some where else, but as most of us change jobs it's for better money, benefits, or personal reasons to support family. I am not a personal friend of this employee. We have never hung out together other than her place of employment. I have found over several years now that this employee is a very hard worker,  goal driven & takes care of her customers with the most amazing service.  I have followed her from a previous restaurant simply because of how she treats her customers.  Old Texas Brewing Company has become one of my favorite places with good food, good entertainment and a great hard working staff who is very under appreciated & under paid. I found out today that this ex-employee came in to have dinner with friends & family previously and was asked by the owner to leave and that she wasn't welcome. If I was an ex-employee going to a place I used to work at to spend my money, obviously there wasn't any bad feelings when they left. Like I said, I don't know the story but I do know the character of this young lady and she is amazing.  
Sadly, I will not be going here again because of how the owners have treated this ex-employee. 
Business Owner - It's good employees who are the face of your business. It's how they interact with your customers and the great service they provide that keeps them coming back.  You simply provide the place & the tools to do their jobs, but your employees are the most valuable asset of your business. 
I think a public apology is in order, since what you did was done publicly.
