We've been here for almost a month and going to stay for another month. Park is clean, front desk staff was friendly, laundry is not over priced, good location and reasonable rates for the fall. Looked at other parks and this was the best bang for the buck!

Too many rules and regulations that the management couple "make up as they go". The kids from the ajoining resident Rv park play and swim in the pool and their parents come over to do laundry!  Nothing like paying for the non paying interlopers.  Spots are backwards, lots of overgrowth in the green areas and managers are super young and inexperienced quick to charge for every little thing and leave notes almost daily TAPED to your 200k motor home paint job .... It adjoins a residential area that party's on weekends well into the night, hard to sleep...Very low end feel for high dollar rates...  I'd have to pass there are much much nicer parks for the money

this place is ok. the rules are definatley enforced on a case by case basis. 
if you dont have a high end rv, prepare for the wrath of the neighbors.
we came here because of the full hookups and amenities, however, the cable doesnt work, and the wifi doesnt work.
the pool is nice, the clubhouse is nice, as long as you dont stay in there too long. 
its been a nice stay, but were going to move on to a more inexpensive campground at guajome. 
at $45 a day, we could be in a motel 6

Rude, poor customer service. We had a pull thru reservation months in advance. When we arrived for check in, the customer service lady rudely informed us our reservation had been changed to a back in spot and our pull thru was given to someone else. My wife informed her we had not been notified of any changes to our reservation. The lady then blamed us for not noting our account to reflect not to change our reservation and that we should just accept what they were giving us because we wouldn't find any other place to stay without a reservation. She was wrong...
