Went on Valentine's day. It's was busy but we were seated quickly. Ordered and my wife had the steak and noodles. Ordered it medium rare and it came out rare. They promptly fixed our issue and even gave her some free wine and deserts as to help our satisfaction. David our waiter was just awesome as well. Polite quick and funny most of all. Loved it and would recommend this restaurant over the others I've been too in the Dayton area!

We had a small group dinner, celebrating one of our birthdays. There were 7 dining and it was lovely to be seated in a small alcove area, which gave us the feel of private dining.
Our server, Sabrina, was very attentive; all food orders were accurate & glasses were refilled right when needed. We brought our own cake to share; Sabrina offered & gave us dessert plates, forks & knife for cutting. We shared a piece of cake with her. Great conversation among friends while enjoying scrumptious food & beverages was achieved!

My wife and I stopped by at 10pm to eat dinner. We got in quickly and even though our server looked like he was put through the wringer he was great. As always the soup was good. I ordered the seafood alfredo which was average,  it was dry and there wasn't a lot of seafood in it. My wife ordered the beef pasta with was lacking seasoning. I can't understand why restaurants serve Italian food and do not season it properly. I just don't see the value of this place for dinner. I do give the dumpling soup thumbs up. The pasta soup could use seasoning also. Service was really good which is why I am rating it 3 stars.

Horrible!  I went Saturday night and ordered Tour of Italy and it came out to me cold.  I do not even like my food hot but I do not want it to taste like it was just taken out of the refrigerator (I am not even going to mention the small portions).  Since it was already 10:30 and they close at 11 I just decided it was better to say forget about it.  I mean can anyone make a decent lasagna in 30 minutes without a microwave.  The waitress seemed to understand but when I got the bill they tried to charge me for the soup I ate before my food came out.  I did not come to Oliver Garden for a soup and bread-sticks, in fact waitress never offered me more soup.  I had to plead my case to manager on why I should not be charged for soup.  I am done with these big food chains the quality of the food, the price of the food and the service are not worthy of my patronage.  I will just go to small local restaurants, I am done!  Do not eat here if you want to be treated like a customer.

Food was great. Server was great.  Party of 12 at 5pm...they should have never reserved us a table.  Packed in like sardines & 3 Manager's  Moved us 2 times.    We had to ask 3 times to see manager again for a dessert or some compensation.    Finally got 3 desserts to share. Which were delish.
