My wife and granddaughter and I got there at 10 till 5. It was busy but not overwhelmingly crowded. The breadsticks and salad got there with the mushrooms very very quickly. The waitress named Tuesday was very sweet. The table we sat down at was a little rocky but they fixed that. We got our food in time and found that my wife's dinner didn't have her chicken. We got our money back for that. The meals we had were delicious. It was a good visit and I recommend the place

Last time we visited this particular Olive Garden the food was nothing exciting but the service was great. Tonight just the opposite.  Food was good... not great but good...but the service left a lot to be desired. Our poor waitress had difficulty with motor planning and was not efficient at all. The topper was serving or salad with no serving tongs/ utensils.  Took her 8 min to revisit our table again and apologized saying they were out of clean tongs when she delivered the salad.  What???🤔😐😞 But silverware was available when the main course was served!🙌

Employees smoking, rude hostess, everything felt like the two bobs came through and did all the cost cutting and efficiency that they could think of.  The food was all prefabricated and tasted like the kitchen must be a walk of microwaves.  Oh, and stupidly expensive.

Very disappointed with food and service. I found plastic in my salad serving and when i asked the waiter to get a manager...the manager never came. When they finally brought a new salad our food arrived. The steak I ordered looked like it had been sliced in half , cooked then served to me. I had to ask if any money would be taken off our bill for the salad and they only took 10% off each bill...needless to say I won't be eating here again!

staff members at the Bar, 6 patrons patiently waiting for carry out orders to be filled , 25 minutes later, 2 customers served. Italian food for a reasonable price, as long as you’re willing to wait for it.
