EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! If I could give more stars I would. We visited on a busy Friday night. The manager was amazing! The waiters were really accommodating, considerate, and polite. And the food was delicious! I definitely plan on coming back soon!

Ordered soup and the potatoes was not cooked and too soupy when it clearly states creamy on the menu. Had the same soup in Texas Monday and it wasn't like this. It was delicious. The reason why ordered. Disappointed!

First of all, the entrance had two holes in the walls as soon as we walked in. Totally unacceptable. Second, we had to wait as soon as we got in. THERE WAS NO LINE AND IT WASN'T BUSY! Ordered lemons for my sweet tea, they didn't have any. Tried to charge me $10 for 8 little pieces of calamri as my appetizer, luckily the waitress was kind enough to bring me more. Last but not least, NO MILITARY discount.

There was a long wait even after I joined the waiting list online.  Finally got seated and there were empty tables all around us while the lobby was overflowing with guests. We ordered our drinks and appetizer.  I thought the waitress forgot about us.  She finally comes back with the appetizer it looked like it had been replated.  She said that's just how it looks.  Then it was out of the refrigerator COLD in the middle! Last visit for me.

I would give this place NO stars. My family and I went here and waited for an hour and still wasnt seated while other people came in and was seated. They had the whole other side of the restaurant open with seats but wouldn't put us over there. I'm sorry but if the restaurant all of a sudden gets busy call one of your other workers in to work or get one of your 4 hostess on the floor. (That were rude) It's not that hard. The person running this place sucks. This is my second time giving this place a shot and I am NEVER going back here.
