This is the worst location I have ever ate at by far. Our server was personable and polite. We ordered Cesar salads, and received salads with more of the root part of the lettuce than the green part. Very unacceptable. My Mothers fish and chips were greasy and over cooked. They were sent back. She ordered the fried shrimp which came out with much better quality. My Cajun chicken pasta was also very oily and appeared to be left overs from the previous day. I didn't finish it. The biscuits however were awesome as usual.  Other that the food being subpar for lunch on a Monday, the restaurant was clean, and the atmosphere was acceptable.

Had the best time.  Great food and one of the best servers I've ever had. No joke. She was awesome. Food came out hot and fresh and very timely

Went out to Red Lobster for a special lunch today, sat at the bar because the restaurant was  pretty busy, received very friendly, fast  and professional service and the food was fabulous.

First time eating here and the food was DELICIOUS!! Our waitress was extremely nice and was very patient with my indecisive daughter (hate I can't remember her name!!) The drink was great!! We had an excellent meal and a wonderful time!!

We had an awful experience at the Red Lobster in jxn last weekend.  They seated us in front area, it was cold and then brought in a fairly large group celebrating a 16th Birthday, split them up to 2 tables, they weren’t very happy either. Then I think our waiter must have been new, he was nice, young, soft spoken and did not take very good care of us.  We ordered, my food was cold and bland when it was brought out.  Supposed to have been grilled shrimp.  No taste to it.  Never did get him to bring to go box.  Went up to greeter and asked how we could get a to go box.  She helped us and apologized  for the service we got.  Will never eat there again.   NOt sure if I’ll even want to go to another Red Lobster.
