Waiter was very helpful.( first time at olive garden) He knew all about the food and helped me to a delicious dish. Very clean. Very fast service after we sat down at table. Very kind staff. Food was excellent!

I had shrimp scampi with asparagus. It was great.  My husband had lasagna and it was great too.  Of course the bread and salad were great as usual.  We were celebrating our 52 anniversary and we were given a piece of chocolate mousse cheese cake. Delicious!!!!

The staff are always very polite. The food is decent. The atmosphere is nice if you're wanting to be able to have a conversation and a glass of wine with dinner. It's always clean and bathrooms are kept up as well. I only took off one star because for a chain, I think it's a little overpriced.

I love OG. This last time we went a big group off a bus came in shortly behind us. Even thou we were first the got seated a served before us. But the manager was very apologetic and gave us free desert. So that was cool.

We went on a Tuesday afternoon at 4:00. We walked in there were two couples with pagers waiting for tables. I seen only two tables in the building that were occupied, all others were available.  The lady took my name handed me a pager and told me there would be a 15 minute wait.  Confused my family sit down and waited.  As we were waiting a crowd of employees gathered around the front counter laughing and talking..... but no one was available to seat us and take our drink order?!?! Irritated my dad went and asked how long the wait would be the lady respond ‘15 minutes sir’.  We walked next door to chili’s were we were seated and served immediately.  We never have a good experience at this location, but since it was requested by my son, and it was 4:00 on a Tuesday when they wouldn’t be busy, we thought we would try it again and hopefully get a better outcome.  Nope, actually worse. We will drive to Memphis before we eat at the Jonesboro location.
