Even when the place is busy, service was prompt and very responsive. We had to wait a minute or two to get a seat with a reservation for a small group made 15 minutes before. The good was very good, and it didn't take long to get food or drinks. Overall, I am happy with my experience.

Haven’t been to one of these in awhile but this seems to be on he good side. Not great but good. Went here 3 times and the food was on the good side. The wait staff is a hit or miss. One waitress actually circled the 20%  suggested tip and she was bad. Circling it made it even worse. But I guess the management really tries to make things right. So I guess that’s a good thing. 

The price is reasonable for the quality of the dishes. Most of what we had was good in that it was too salty, pasta not over cooked, and the dessert we had was really good. Although the beef tortellini has the texture of soggy beef jerky. I like beef jerky, just not soggy.

The staff is what you should be attentive too.  You will either get a really good one or a really bad one.

I always have a great experience when u come here! The food is great and the service, as provided by my favorite server, Anita, is always too notch. She always seems to go out of her way to make sure we have a great dinner experience. More than I would expect from a corporate chain restaurant for sure!

A solid restaurant. I have been a few times now and the experience is generally very good. Restaurant is clean, help is friendly and attentive, and the food is consistent and nice quality. I recommend it.

Food was slow something must have happened in the kitchen but the manager and server were very accommodating and we received a discount off our check and they did everything in their power to make our trip as fun and comfortable as possible.
