The food and drinks were good, friends got sushi and sake as well as the wine. I ordered chicken and steak hibachi. It was delicious definitely recommend just get it cooked medium rare since the meat is cubed and cooks faster. It'll still end up medium. I debated 3 stars because of the service, Jason the waiter took the initial order and got our food out but after the initial placing of food, didn't come back for refills or if wanted more drinks, sushi etc. Then came by after about 45 to an hour later with the check. Food was above average, service not so much. 3.5/5

I have been to Saga several times, and tonight was by far my worst experience...Enough that I will not be going back....We went tonight to celebrate my son's birthday. There were 7 of us, including one 2-year old. Because of the toddler, we made reservations at 4:30, thinking it would be less busy, and we wouldn't be so rushed. How wrong we were! From the moment we were seated, we were rushed to order, never offered a second drink, and even though I had told them beforehand that I wanted to sing "Happy Birthday" to my son, they proceeded to bring us the bill without even asking about dessert. I ordered shrimp and chicken. They completely forgot my chicken, until the meal was almost over. Suddenly a plate of chicken appeared from the kitchen, instead of being cooked in front of us in the hibachi as it should have been. Overall a bad experience. I think they were either short-handed or the hibachi chef was new.

Worst customer service ever... they rush you to order makes you feel like you're begging for the food... menus are dirty plates are dirty.... "Jason" our waiter so unprofessional and so is his manager.... I wouldn't recommend anyone going there...

I will never come back to this restaurant. We had a reservation for 7:30 but still had to wait 20 mins to be seated. While ordering, my aunt informed the waitress that she had a shellfish allergy. Dinner started, everyone got their meal, the hibachi chef was great, but after everyone was finished with their food, my aunt still hadn't received her meal. She told the manager she wasn't happy about not being able to eat with everyone. When we got the check, they charged my aunt for the meal she got 30 mins after everyone was finished,then the waitress felt we didn't tip her enough after giving her a $30 tip. She actually asked us why we didn't tip her better!!! I have never had this happen at a restaurant and will never return or recommend this place to anyone! By the way, the food wasn't that great!

Food is okay but the service is terrible. Will go elsewhere for better food and better service.
