We checked-in online and when we got there they had already taken our names off the list. The hostess lied to us and said when checking in online it makes no difference then just showing up and waiting. We asked for the manager and he was way more understanding and put us next in line since we had proof we checked in online. Always good food, always ask for a manager if someone is lying to you.

First off, service here is great. I think Olive garden is always in general a three star experience, lol. Small servings for the price and not to mention it never tastes as good as you expect. Not saying it's bad. It's alright. Perhaps it's their menu, very little has changed over the years and that's disappointing for someone like myself whom enjoys being surprised or trying new things.

Olive garden is good we know this , this particular one would be better if the staff were a little friendlier. It took awhile for us to get our meals and we ended up getting our apps around the same time as our dinner. The food was good.

The server we had was more than excellent. Super fast and friendly. The inside of the restaurant looks very well maintained. Good experience overall

Great service. Delicious food. A little crowded and noisy due to lots of large families with very small children, but overall a pleasant dining experience
