The Old Spaghetti Factory is a family owned and operated restaurant founded in Portland, Oregon in 1969 by Guss and Sally Dussin. Dedicated to satisfying dining in warm surroundings, the Phoenix Old Spaghetti Factory, established in 1972, is located on the edge of the Roosevelt Historic District which was developed between 1895-1930. Lovely old world setting with lots to look at, it's cozy despite the large size of the dining room. The staff are thoughtful & pleasant. We tried a variety of dishes; all were well prepared and delicious. The cream soda & the after meal ice cream (the spumoni was good!) set off the meal. There's plenty on the menu to suit a variety of tastes, including children's, and the portions are a good size (we couldn't finish, half the food was taken home!). There's also a cocktail bar - we didn't visit, but it looked like a nice place to relax.

It was the first time I've been back here in ten years and very little has changed with the exception of the glasses the Italian cream sodas are served in. That's a good thing. The food is still great and they've added more options for restricted diets. The atmosphere is still wonderful. The staff is knowledgeable and attentive. The only issue I have with the place is that everything is so good that it's very busy most of the time. Sorry for the picture quality, my phone is a potato lol.

Amazing food!!! I had them cater my wedding in November. The food was delicious, hot, and ready on time. I would definitely recommend this restaurant! If you don't know what to order try the lasagna or the tortellini. I love all their food but these 2 are my favorite. Also if you get a salad, try the creamy pesto dressing, you wont regret it.

The customer service here is awesome, including both the greeters and servers. They’re very nice, warm and welcoming. I had the gluten free pasta, and it was delicious. I like that they have these options. However for the price, it wasn’t worth it. I wish the dessert was priced separately as I cannot have dairy. It’s a pity that I have to pay for something I cannot eat. Will I come back next time I’m in Phoenix? Probably not, unless I’m invited by someone else.

The food was good as can be expected and it is nice to experience the vintage yet modern architecture. The service on this visit was both rushed and non-attentive. The initial order and food delivery was prompt however, that is where things became rather slow. It's one thing to wait 20-minutes for the waiter to return to check on things, clear the table, or offer refills and desert but another when you have to 15-minutes for him to take your money. We waited so long I was at the point of just leaving. Over all the food was enjoyable.
