What to say about this location? Big! Huge portions! Family friendly! Great wait staff! Long lines! Lots of parking! This is a good, always bustling location that's right off the PCH. It can get really busy, so RSVP online to get on the guest list and get a seat faster. Never forget the bottomless soup! Pro tip, even though there is a lot of parking, it can get full. You can park across the street in front of the Union Bank.

The food is  fresh and flavorful, but the sodium levels are off the charts,( I was ill for two days). It was a busy Sunday afternoon, and service was pretty good. Just had to ask for water several times.

My second negative post. Carry out is so slow and disorganized it's really hard to believe. Last night's dinner was cold, and had barely any spaghetti sauce on it. I ate half, and called ahead tonight to get more sauce. The person that answered phone said "No need to call ahead. Just ask at the desk for sauce." After 10 minutes, girl at front desk pushes a waitress forward from the back room. 20 more minutes and $10 later I finally got more sauce.  Do NOT expect prompt carry out. It will not happen.

Food was coming to slow so it was like piecing together things. Never got something we requested repeatedly. Last kicker was my 5 year old granddaughter was never offered a kid friendly menu. For the price we paid service should have been better. Will not be returning.

I love Italy sampler !! Chicken Alfredo always taste great, and the appetizers super yummy. 
The service is excellent,  always checking if my son wants more soup not chicken Alfredo 
Plus the bread,  so fresh and hot
