The wait was long but I stayed and got great service. The 3 for $10 is a great DEAL for small money pockets. I went twice in one week. Never did that before ever at a restaurant. I will continue to go back...deal or no deal. Thanks Chillis

The young hosts' in the front were laughing and cursing while putting my name.on the list. Then  We had the worst server ever...she took 15 minutes to send some one to help her take our order. Then  she checked on us 5 times but we had no food... " everything okay?" ... um yeah just here waiting for the food... finally she brought the food and it was cold... like... wait, what? We waited 40 minutes just to find out our food been ready and was just sitting there getting old and stale.  We kept having to ask her repeatedly for things... we finally got fed up and complained after being there for 2 hours.  My husband is a cook and I am also a server at a restaurant so you can see why we were trying to be patient but the girl didn't even seem to care at all... she didn't seem to be busy at all so there was no excuse for the long wait... the manager took off my husband's stale tacos and the dessert we never got... then he offered me a job!   I thought that was a joke so I laughed on his face... if the service and food is bad while he is there that shows you what kind of manager he is...

I try to find the good in everything, but my experience here was horrible. Only because we got a server,that had a slight attitude problem. As well as the food runner. It took 15 minutes to even get a drink order in, after being seated. The whole tablet ordering system, seem to make the service more of a robotic experience. Not once did we receive eye contact from our waitress until the end of the meal (for tipping purposes I’m assuming). The food came out correct, and the hostess was friendly. But sadly our dining experience was just little to be desired. If I wanted a takeaway meal, I could have just went to Taco Bell.

We usually order to go from here so I haven't eaten inside of the restaurant in years. So today I made the mistake of going inside hungry. I was told there was going to be a ten minute wait for 1 person after already waiting about 8 to 10 min. at the door for the hostess to greet me. With empty and dirty tables everywhere seemed a bit odd. I waited about 20 minutes, got to my table and I waited some more and some more. Finally I got tired of waiting and just decided to go to Carl's Jr. An employee noticed I was leaving and compelled me to stay and took my order. I waited and waited some more. Finally when my food did come out there was lipstick on the serving tray and everything that I requested not to be on my burger was on there. I just couldn't take it anymore so I ended.up at Carl's Jr. anyway. THIS RESTAURANT COULD STAND A COURSE IN PROFESSIONALISM AND CLEANLINESS.

First of all the hostess called everyone but us. Asked for my name over 3 times & still called me by a different name. I corrected her and said it’s Jessica. She got all offended and didn’t lead us to our table. She didn’t even apologize for her mistake and still got upset. We managed to stay composed and didn’t disrespect her in anyway. While she had the audacity to throw the menus on our table and walk away. She was very rude and therefore doubt I’ll return to the Inglewood location. The hostess job is to make the person feel welcome not ruin their meal before they’ve even gotten it. I’ve never been the type to call manager or write a review until today. It was unacceptable!!! The hostesses should learn from the server who was very polite and attentive.
