Jino's put me on hold for a few minutes this evening and I got a chance to listen to the folks working there... now I know why they got my order totally wrong. maybe a little less music blaring and laughing and more paying attention and listening...

Ordered online and my card was charged. Then I was notified that they do not have what I order if I was interested in something else, since I was already charged I agreed. Then the delivery guy calls and tells me that he does deliver to my location and hung up on me. Very rude will not order from here ever!!!

The only thing that tasted good was the soda and thats because they had nothing to do with making it. The saled was hot from being in the same bag as the other food. Spaghetti sauce was watered down. Just gross. The mozerla sticks were stale and the pizza and calzone were room temp. Maybe they need more drivers so the food isnt sitting a long time before delivering.

I ordered my meal online... My order arrived an hour and 30 minutes after receiving the order confirmation email. The driver forgot half of my order, he actually mixed it up with someone else's, but he went back to pick it up and delivery it to me. Overall I was disappointed. First and last time ordering from Jino's.
