Have been coming to this location for about 6 years. They do have a few dedicated spots for your online to go order. Also in the bar area they have a cashier for To go orders that is clearly labeled. Upon entering you have the hostess desk , there is a men's and women's bathroom upfront in the waiting area. There are a few benches outside and some bench seating inside. Even with the parking lot full there was a good amount of open tables inside. The wait staff was friendly and attentive. Seeing that Olive Garden hasn't drastically changed there menu in years, you from time to time find new appetizer choices. The desserts change also but overall you get the classic OG menu choices for about $20 an entree. Kid-friendliness: They have kids menu options and this location does have high chairs. Parking: During busy hours it can be quite difficult to find parking but there is parking all around the building. There are designated handicapped parking spots available they also have dedicated To Go online orders.
I have eaten at this location for over 10 years and have never had a bad experience. Food is always great and so is the service. Edit 2-5-2022 Ordered chicken marsala to-go/curbside for lunch. Everything was great except the chicken itself both had a very weird taste and texture. Sadly to say I ended up having to dispose of the chicken and was not happy about it.
Came here a few weeks ago for dinner. The server was amazing. He was really cool. And the atmosphere was nice. I put us on the wait-list before arrival because I didn't know what the wait would be. I ordered a fruity cocktail which was really good. My meal was supposed to be steak with salad. When they first brought it out, it had pasta with it. I can't have pasta because I can't do cheese or white sauce because I have a dairy sensitivity. I didn't know it came with pasta either, since I just saw 6oz steak. When they brought it back, it definitely wasn't rare. I just asked to be charged the unlimited soup and breadsticks because I didn't want the steak and didn't want to wait again for it. So I just finished my salad and breadsticks and waited on the table to finish their food. My friend got soup with his meal. My daughter had the create your own pasta with shrimp and tomato sauce and a strawberry smoothie. My friend had carbonara ravioli for their meal. My daughter and friend enjoyed their meal. I'll probably skip this place next time however.
Experience inside was probably 3 stars in all fairness. Waitress was kind enough but kindness doesn't refill drinks and provide service unfortunately.
Went tonight for dinner with my husband and 3 children. We were seated very quickly, but unfortunately it was in an area that had an ac vent blowing right on us. No worries though because I brought sweaters/jackets! Our server was very kind, fast and on it tonight! The food came out quickly and everything was delicious. The salad never disappoints and tonight was no exception!!! We got large portions even kids menu items, so much so that everyone has leftovers for lunch tomorrow! The only negative aspect was the ladies bathroom. One stall had no toilet paper and other had what i presumed to be urine all on the floor by a toilet. Otherwise great experience tonight dining with the family!!
Service. Food. All good. Went on a Saturday evening. Short wait. Had Pasta with Shrimp. Tour of Italy. Good Portions. Nice Salad.
While the service was admittedly amazing, the food and ambiance, were a stark contrast. The temperature inside the restaurant was closing in on freezing, and all the guests had their coats on as a result. If I could compliment the food I would, Olive Garden has always been lackluster in that area, things have not changed over the years. I do wish my waiter the best though, he was a happy smiling and friendly face, in an otherwise frozen atmosphere.
Such a wonderful family dinner. Delicious meals all fresh and hot! Our server Faith was absolutely amazing! Her knowledge of the menu, friendly demeanor, and quick service made our evening just perfect!
At the entrance, we were not greeted. The hostes was not very friendly. We had to move to the bar. And nobody even questioned us why we chose different seating. While seating in the bar, the service was very slow even though the restaurant wasn't packed at all. We constantly had to ask for attention of the bartender. At the end, we felt like we were rushed with the bill. The server didn't even ask us if we wanted to split it. He just threw the ticket on the table giving us the impression of being rushed.
Visited this location last night. I'm up at 0330 writing this review after spending a couple hours in the bathroom. Never thought I'd get food poisoning from olive garden, but here I am. This location definitely has quality issues. Pretty much ruined all olive gardens for me. I will not be back. Update: received a message by the owner asking me to explain things further... I did. Never received a reply. Stay away from the soup. I do not want anyone else experiencing this.
