Please be mindful of Jerome Fonda, a server here who managed to cash out MORE THAN ONE GUEST and change the authorized amount left as a tip. 

When the manager was advised, he had informed us that this is not the first time he has done this. 

And before anyone hops the whole "it's a tablet that you put the tip into" train, please note that on this visit THOSE TABLETS WERE NOT WORKING AND THE TIP WAS WRITTEN ON THE RECEIPT. 

I'm not about people who scam others, so I figured I would make the public more aware of the situation, since he apparently still has a job and is allowed to get away with this, meanwhile the manager is more than well aware if he is advising other customers that this isn't the first time.

Great waiter. We had unexpected guests which took our party of five to a party of ten. The crew happily moved us to a bigger table and no grumbling. We felt welcome even with the inconveniences. The service was excellent!!!

My waiter was nice. But the food was terrible. I went to this restaurant with 6 other people And ALL of our meals were gross. Everything was COLD. One of us sent our food back and they sent us out more cold food. The only things good was the salad and the bread sticks. Other than that this restaurant turned upside down. The amount of money we paid. We should have eaten food that was worth what we paid. I would have rather went to McDonalds. I don't recommend to go here to anyone

I have been to the Olive Garden on Wolf Rd many times over the years, and when I went last night I was shocked at how much this restaurant went downhill.  Although the staff was polite, both the interior and exterior of this building are showing signs of age and neglect.  The food was terrible.  The stemware on our table was dirty.  The salt and pepper shaker on our table was covered in something sticky.  What a shame to what was a decent choice of a restaurant being taken off our options list when we talk about where to go to dinner.  I wont be back to this location, there are simply better choices in this area.

I had such an amazing experience today. Our waiter nathan was by far the best waiter i have had in a very long time. The food was delicious especially the lobster raviolis. I will definitely be returning.
