I have been going to Panera Bread for the past 10 years and I never to say, I am very disappointed in the Latham one. Cost me $32.00 for me and my two granddaughters to eat. The prices have sky rocketed and the portions have decreased dramatically. $5.00 for a child's portion of Mac and cheese and the bowl wasn't even hallf way. My soup was in a bread bowl and they barely took any of the bread out to add the soup. Needless to say, I had about 4 teaspoons of soup. I just feel they cut corners. Very disappointed!

This particular location offers a wide selection of seating choices, as compared to other Panera Bread locations. The staff is always helpful, and the food is always good! It would be great if they included a drive-in, but Latham's Panera does offer delivery services.

Eat there. Don't take it out or have it delivered. Find something you like and stick with it. Don't stray off your favorites or you'll be disappointed.

First time customer for me but not my family and it was a take out family dinner. The sandwich I had tonight was awful. The soup was OK. I hate to leave negative reviews but I spent hard earned money. First thing first the bacon turkey bravo was missing a main ingredient, bacon. The sandwich looked as if it was put together with a slingshot. The turkey slice that came on it was cheap and slimy. Cheese was dried out. The avocado was both sides of the bread?? and was old and mushy on one side and sorta fresh on the other. So much for clean fresh. My dog says thanks.

A friendly gent took our order and the ladies that delivered the food right to our table were nice as well. The restaurant was clean and drink area was well-stocked. There was ample seating available with some more private booths toward the back. The trash/dishes area needed to be cleared but wasn't too full to prevent dropping four people's plates and utensils off. All four of us enjoyed our food which was hot and fresh, made exactly to our requests. Did you know Panera serves smoothies?! Try one sometime!
