I want to start by saying that I have been to this place on more than one occasion and I am usually a fan. Usually the service is fast and friendly but today I don't know what's going on but our service was a hint better than a cafeteria in a middle school kid movie. The guy took forever to get anything to us. I am leaving and my son asked for water over 45 minutes ago and he finally settled for melted ice water. I have been here when the waiting times to get a seat is over an hour this is not one of those nights  light crowd. I guess you have to come on a packed night to get better service.

We arrived at this poorly staffed & horribly organized establishment on the morning of Father's Day, and were the first family to be seated when they opened at 10:00 am. There were 6-7 other tables in our section that had been seated very shortly after us right when the business opened at 10 am. By 11:18 am, we had received nothing more than a round of drinks & some cold stale bread. We complained to our waiter that after over an hour of waiting, we hadn't received our food. The family next to us also joined in & complained that they had been sitting for over 45 minutes & had only received a cup of coffee. The wait staff at this restaurant shows no care nor concern for the dining experiences the customers are complaining about, because even after staff had been notified, no efforts were made to bring a solution forward. I would highly recommend avoiding this restaurant at any costs. If you absolutely have no option but to eat here, I suggest cancelling any plans you have for the following 24-48 hours, because I can guarantee you'll be there for at least that long. When the manager was informed that we had been waiting (at this point it was about an hour and a half)  his reply was "So, what's the problem?" Customer Service appears to be at the lowest level of importance to this establishment and I can assure you I will review this business on any other social platform available. If I could rate this place with zero stars I would.

Very good dining experience! Server, Michael M., was great! Very personable and accommodating. Food was tasty, despite mashed potatoes not being hot. The Godiva Chocolate Brownie Sundae is a chocolate lover's dream.

The only reason I am giving any stars at all is because it is required in order to post a review.  We went out for a fathers day brunch.  8 people.  We arrived before the doors opened and when we got inside we were seated second.  We were seated and were served waters.  10 minutes later, Coffee and drinks.  And then we sat.  And sat. AND SAT.  Two rounds of bread and extra coffee does not make up for waiting AN HOUR AND A HALF for our food too arrive.  The waiter actually said to us "we weren't ready for all these people".  How are you not ready for Father's Day brunch?  Anyone who is in the restaurant business knows that there are high holidays.  This being one of them.  You failed.  Big time.
