Our sever Jackie advised that she was new and still on training. But she gave us the best service that we had in a long time. This also shows that Shane her trainer did his job well. I also like the way the manager Ryan handle himself when talking him. I would ask for Jackie and Shane every time o visit.

First hand racism ! I had came in with a group of my black family/friends and we had already made a reservation for 15. When we walked in we had to wait 30 minutes to be seated to our table even though we had already made a reservation. On top of that no only did we have to ask for drinks 3+ times we didn't get our water until we got our food which was almost an hour later after we were seated. Lastly while we were waiting for our food a white family had been seated and served their appetizers and drinks within minutes of being seated. The manager tried to help out with a discount but the service to customers should always be the same no matter what they look like

So I get the bread stick itch probably once a year or every two so you could almost say I frequent the place although I don't think I've been to the same one twice. To the point, this was the best experience I've had at one yet. Shayne and John made the stay a real pleasure. Food was on par with olive garden standard which is good and satisfying, but the remarkable part of this visit was with the service. Shayne and John did a great job.

Food was great. Waiter was witty. Ordered fondu. "Would you like some cheese on your cheese?" Waiters don't get much better than this guy.
