Sizzle Pie is my favorite pizza place in Portland. The East Burnside location has a great atmosphere cool artwork and music. Three types of pizza available by the slice already made, three vegan, three vegetarian and three meat and they are conscientious enough to separate the meat from the vegetarian. I would give them six stars if it was available :)

We decided to try Amazon Restaurants, and Sizzle Pie was on there. Pizza arrived and was absolutely delicious. We had the Raising Arizona which was tasty, but unevenly baked. Half the pie was overcooked, the rest was delicious! Also did a build you own and enjoyed every last bit of that pizza. Highly recommended and we'll eat there next time!

I came in at lunch and there were multiple pies in the deli case available to choose from. The two women at the front didn't acknowledge me as I stood in front of them. I smiled to myself and said hello. I've seen this before. The reaction I got was raised eyebrows and the up-and-down look which I ignored since I just wanted something to eat and be on my way. I ordered two varieties of slices since I hadn't been here before. One was a daily special I believe it was called spicy buffalo thin slice and the other was mushroom something or other. Neither of them were enjoyable. I don't know what ingredients were on the Buffalo one but you would think it would have some interesting flavors but it was void and gooey with flavorless indecipherable gooey ooze. The mushroom one had a lovely crispy crust but again just way too much of the flavorless ooze where the pizza topping should have been. Sizzle Pie does not deliver. Also I got lucky but finding a parking spot looks like a hassle.

Great place for affordable & tasty pizza, especially late at night. The occasional blaring death metal isn't too my liking, but it certainly helps with keeping the tables open.

This rating is only based on a single experience dining in, and only a single slice of pizza. The slice of "Killa Bees" was flavorful but quite greasy (3 stars). The ambience was pleasant and seems like a great place to relax and enjoy your time (4 stars).
