This is the closest Olive Garden to me. Thankfully it has a lot of parking space. The staff is amazing. The food is great. Love it!

Their carry-out service is unbelievably shady. I placed an order several weeks ago and the order was completely wrong (they gave us the wrong appetizer plus a cheaper entree than the one we paid for).The manager, Jorge, seemed extremely helpful and was profusely sorry. He offered to comp the appetizer and give us a free take-out dinner for 2 the next time we ordered. He promised to "make a note in our file" and to ask for his name when we called. Today, I called to to make sure we still had the credit. After waiting on hold, I spoke with Jorge. At first he acted confused and said he thought I was calling about a catering reservation last time. All of the sudden, he acted like the line was bad (kept saying "hello?" "hello?") and then hung up. I called back, was put on hold for 10 minutes and spoke with him again. He did the bad-connection act again. At this point, I'm just pissed on principle. We called from my husband's phone. Waited another 10 minutes and he talked with Jorge. As soon as he realized it was the same customer, he played the "hello" bit again. At this point, I've wasted 30 minutes for a credit we were promised. I guess we'll just never waste our time here again.

I usually enjoy Olive Garden, but this one seems poorly run. The bathrooms were awful, the service was slow, and my food was barely warm when it arrived at the table. Even the bread sticks we were told we're fresh out of the oven weren't anywhere near as soft and tasty as usual. Our server asked if I wanted a salad and I said yes, a Caesar salad. She said "No, we don't have that...just our house salad. I wasn't even going to go there. She was nice enough, but I know Olive Garden is capable of doing much better.

Food was awesome, as usual. But when I called back to inform them that they mixed up my order, the manager was too busy to take a phone call and instructed his staff to have me call back at a later time. (Really??) I ordered the buy one get one yesterday and when I came home to eat my "take one," it was the wrong meal. Attention to detail matters!!

Great lunch with a friend. My spaghetti & sauce was delicious as was the (refillable) salad & dressing. Very, very affordably reasonable price &great service.
