Building is relatively new. It was clean. The food was good, it was served promptly but this experience would have been much nicer if the staff had a clue, the young lady at the door was overwhelmed and had to stop what she was doing to ask questions. This was during a busy weekend. The bartender had no personality and when asked if she had a beer glass that had not been chilled, her response was no. Now let me ask you, couldn't the bartender just ran the glass under water to get the frost off? After we were served our salad we had to request cheese, which is standard with all meals. So I say, eh... Everything was alright, but just alright.

Good Italian food on a mass market basis. Not a yummy Mom &Pop place which the Philly area is known for but good  Italian food non the less. The unending Salad bowl was good as were the the unending bread sticks. Mom had the chicken and gnocchi soup. She cleaned the bowl, she liked it. Her entree was Shrimp Scampi, i never had asparagus in a scampi before, but she ate most of it, it was filling. I had the Lasagna. Again, was good and I cleaned my plate. My sister had Lobster Ravioli topped with Shrimp. She said it was very good, as good as she's had. Our server was outstanding, knowledgeable  and friendly. Our bill for 3 came to $60 and while we weren't blown away by our meals, we left full and satisfied and will go back.

We love to go to this Olive Garden but this visit was very disappointing. On Saturday, our family of 4 went for dinner to celebrate my husbands birthday. We got seated right away and our waitress brought us our drinks, then the salad and bread sticks. The salad had no dressing mixed in and the bread sticks were brown on the top and kinda hard. No big deal, sometimes it happens. Flagged her down and she brought a side of dressing and new bread sticks (now they were under cooked but better then hard) So more time passed and we waited for our food, flagged her down again this time to ask for a refill on our drinks. Meanwhile, as we waited we watched as 4 other tables around us, one being a party of 8, (yes 8) got seated, served their appetizers and got served their meals. (yes meals). Now neither of those tables had our waitress.

So, how long do you sit and wait for your food and flag your waitress down for refills and not even hear an update that your food will be right out?? We waited for 50 minutes with 2 patient hungry children, 4 other tables being seated and served their meals, and a waitress who was very unattentive, not communicative to her own table.

Maybe she was having a bad day and that is okay but her service was not acceptable after almost an hour of waiting for our meals and ruined a birthday dinner.

Had meat balls, meat sauce and angle hair pasta. All needed seasoning. The bread was room temperature so did not melt the near frozen butter they give out. Not a good meal.

The food was great, but the Carmel hazelnut macchiato was alright. Overall, it was pretty good. The service was nice as well.
