This Dr has been placed on probation by the CA Medical Board. OLIVEIRA, Thomas Edward D.O., Lake Elsinore, CA (20A7032) Revocation stayed, five year probation with terms and conditions. Stipulated Settlement and Disciplinary Order adopted and ordered on May 29, 2015, effective June 15, 2015. Violation of Business and Professions Code sections 2234(b) (gross negligence); 2234(c) (repeated acts of negligence); 725 (excessive prescribing); 2242 (prescribing without appropriate examination and medical indication); 2266 (failure to maintain adequate and accurate records); 2234 (unprofessional conduct).

Terrible service. I took my daughter just to find out if she may have the gooping cough since the school found two kids with it. Since I did not have an appointment the front desk were not helpful and keep putting us aside. They did not see her and they ask to came back on Monday or just to take to the emergency room. They refuse to see and did not do the test to see if she has the Gooping Cough. This is her doctor and I am paying cash for the consultation and lab work. The worse Doctors Office Ever. .............

Disorganized Staff. Most staff are interning . Office is often overbooked. Appointments are scheduled starting at 9 a.m., but Physician rarely arrives before 10 a.m, and thats if you are lucky enough to get one, they usually don't have any available for a month or so out. Office itself is not very cleanly .NOBODY knows what's going on in there.
