After reading all the reviews, I am compelled to give this clinic 5 stars because the staff,including the awesome docs, are very professional and courteous. The system doesn't staff enough employees. I do have to wait a while, but the exceptional care is worth it. For those who are dissatisfied- don't let the door hit you on your *:? %#.

This "clinic" is very unprofessional the nurses/staff's seem to lack medical skills and patience. After waiting 3 hours in the waiting room I waited about another hour in the room to actually have the doctor come in. Overall worst medical care I've ever been to in my life and I will be looking for another clinic to go to.

Doctors and doctor assistants are great except the two front office lady's. They were extremely rude.... if I would ask something they would straight out gI've me a wierd look or remaind silent??? It was very awkward???

No matter what time I show up and sign in, at least 10 other patients on average get seen before me, even though they showed up after me. Just so happens that every time this happens they happen to be Hispanic. The front office staff are extremely rude, and seem irritated to be helping me, and show very little effort in trying to help me. I've always been very polite, and it doesn't matter. They've hung up on me numerous times. I love the doctors, but will be looking for another place to go.

It's a long wait so be prepared. Got there before they opened and still had to wait about 4 hours to be seen. If you have little ones, they might want snacks from the vending machine. But, don't count on them working.
