I'm extremely disappointed in the lack of customer service from the receptionist that answered the phone when I called and asked a question about the co-pay they received from me in May 2017. I received a bill today from an outsourced billing company for Dr. Dewenter. In it which said that I had not previously paid anything so basically I owed my office visit copay and 1.20. My main concern was...what happened to my payment? Well this person who would not let me finish my statements, kept telling me that they don't take care of any billing or COPAYS(funny you took my money that day) to call the number on the letter. I work in healthcare and I would never treat my patients this way. Never coming back!

This place is awesome , despite the bad review I saw online, I decided to bring my grandfather in to get his toe nails clipped and to also get some medical advise. My grandfather is a disabled veteran , normally we go to the va for his care but sometimes it is not easy to travel from Elsinore to the va in loma Linda when my grandfather is having a lot of pain. It's nice to have a professional local podiatrist in the area ! 5 starts. It was fast and easy!

Fantastic Doctor, and what I now consider friend! Sure, his jokes are corny as all hell but he has a great taste in music and is also a great doctor who cares about his patients!

HORRIBLE!!!!!!! please go some wear else no regard for their patients. the lady with the gray hair in the office need too retire, their comes a time when you cant deal with the public. no compation for their patients. I have been in pain for 5 days after seeing the comedian doctor trying to get a perscription the gray hair lady told me he was too busy too call in. have you ever heard anything like that? I like the docter his practice will go down with that gray hair oldlady up front. please try another office I would hate for some one to go threw what I have.

DO NOT GO TO THIS OFFICE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! The receptionist with grey hair and glasses was so disrespectful and unprofessional, I cancelled on the spot!! When I asked why the office needed to ask for my insurance info on 3 separate occasions (do they not keep records?!) she began raising her voice, and when I protested about her attitude, we were finally engaged in a shouting match in the office!! Absolutely disgusting people. I cant say enough. For godsakes, choose somewhere else.
