I couldn't be happier with the decision that I made to move in here at Olmsted last June. I was new to Atlanta and did not know anyone, but thankfully the great leasing and management team was very welcoming and made the transition very seamless. They have events for the residents on a near-weekly basis which are always fun and have really created a 'community' here where most residents actually know one another and have become friends. Everything is brand new and the amenities are top notch. Five stars!

I've been living in this community since August 2017. While the amenities and units themselves are great (though the finishes could have been done better), my overall experience here has been horrible. When I signed my lease, I was told (and I'm assuming other residents as well) that the parking garage's "resident floor" (which delayed in opening a couple of weeks) would be gated. By this, they ultimately meant that there would be two arms of wooden or similar material. There have been almost 10 break-ins into cars in this deck in the 4-5 months I've lived there. The courtesy officer doesn't really deal with these situations at all and just deals with noise complaints and other much less important or trivial situations. We are continuously given promises of more security in terms of more officers but that has proven to be VERY ineffective. On top of this, people's apartment windows have also been broken! This isn't a safe community to live in, or at least that's how I feel. And for reference, most apartment communities within a mile radius of the Olmsted are fenced in completely.

Given all the false promises delivered by the management, the odds of me renewing my lease are less than those of me winning the lottery.

Giving only 4 stars because the property is still under construction, but overall I have had a great experience living here! We had a great move in and only a couple issues have come up since then but the staff has helped us solve those! I also love the community feel I have with my neighbors and their pets. Location is GREAT. I hope they have decent renewal rates because I would love to resign my lease if everything continues the way it has for the past 3 months!

Melissa French was my leasing consultant. From the moment I walked in- I instantly felt at home. Nothing about her approach came off car salesman'ish at all. She went out of her way to help me find the perfect unit to fit my needs. Including showing me the unit twice! Just to make sure I was happy with my choice.  So excited to call Olmsted Chamblee my HOME!

I couldn't be more pleased with Olmsted! The apartments are brand new and appealing, and the common areas are expansive and inviting. The staff, especially Michelle, are extremely responsive and accommodating. I love living at Olmsted and it's exciting to see so many new things being built up around the area!
