Expert heating and cooling did a great job installing and servicing us at Michael Bates Chevrolet body shop.  A few days after installation i had a simple question  they were out and fixed a small problem the same day. great job Expert heating and cooling entire staff

Expert Heating and Cooling is the BEST! I wouldn't trust anyone else. The first heated weekend of 2017, I turned my air on, and nothing worked! I am a first time home owner and I knew my furnace and Central Air was 20 years old. I was just hoping they would last me a bit longer. Unfortunately the air didn't...After getting my units inspected by Dieter, and speaking to Alyssa and Bill (all Expert employees), I made the decision to go forward getting a new Air AND furnace unit (since they were the same year installed in 1997)! They both walked me through everything step by step so I understood. They even got me started on a Michigan Saves loan, and helping with any rebates that may be available so I could save. Once everything was set, it was less than a week before Christian and Tim, the install guys, came out. It was a 2 day job, and they were extremely thorough! I was very happy with the process and end result. After everything was done, Dieter came back out to jump start the air unit, and was a pleasure. The whole team at Expert Heating is great. I highly suggest this trust worthy, family owned, business.

Schedule a appointment on Wednesday Nov 15 For an estimate around 1230. No one showed up. Call to see is if someone was going to show up. And the lady said Bill had already showed up. Now I have to wait until Friday for bill.....not happy
