I went here on the day my graduation to get my corsage and two boutonnieres. I chose white roses for all 3. They made them all right in front of me without a problem. They even put glitter, extra small flowers and leaves on my corsage and the ribbon on it was so well done. I've purchased corsages before and I must say that this was the most beautiful and inexpensive one Ive ever worn. Their great!

I placed an order for Mother's day to my be delivered to my 85 yr old grandmother. I purposely schedule the flowers to e delivered the day BEFORe mother's day since I know a lot of florists are overwhelmed on the holidays. They STILL delivered the flowers late and when I got to my grandmther's house i also realized they were the WRONG flowers. I paid over $50 for a beautiful, colorful bouquet and they brought her a tiny bouquet of purple weeds!! I called the florist to complain about the flowers and they realized they delivered her the wrong bouquet (obviously!), so not only did they deliver it a day late... but they messed up the order! The owner assured me that he would have the flowers delivered right away. It gets worse... I called my grandma the following day and nothing was delivered. I called the florist to ask what happened and he said the shop had no flowers and they were waiting on a delivery from their wholesale supplier. The following day, and now almost a week after the original delivery date, and I called my granmdmother to ask if she got the flowers.. STILL nothing. My Grandmother is already like "just forget about it honey".... So now I'm pretty peeved but decided it's best to just be nice... I call the florist and tell him "I just want a refund, forget the flowers".. The S-O-B has the nerve to say "well the flowers just got here and I had them wrapped up so if you want a refund I will have my delivery guy go pick up the other flowers"... We started arguing and he started complaining to me about all the deliveries and his wholesale florist not delivering him the flowers on time blah blah blah and THEN he had the NERVE to say "if they were wrong then why didn't she bring them back?" I almost started yelling at this point but instead, found my inner zen, and calmly explained to him that my grandmother is 85 and no way in hell was she going to be inconvenienced bc of THEIR mistake! When I said she was 85 he FINALLY acted like he had some remorse and said he would give me a refund and leave the crappy original flowers at my grandmother's home...but not without explaining to ME (the consumer who paid him $50+) that I had to be more understanding...I swear he's lucky I was calling him from my office phone bc the list of things I wanted to tell him to go do to himself would've gotten me fired. To this day i have yet to recieve that refund and I am now in the works of disputing it n my credit card. This merchant should be ashamed of himself and his horrible business practices. I would rather pick weeds from a city park than EVER use this florist again! BUYER BEWARE!!!!!
