Everything well executed!! Right from the agent who initiated the moving request till the end was perfectly fine. They had accommodated with so many requests from my end within the same price quotation. Chelsea from the service center was very good at what my requirement is and she planned and provided an accurate estimate in my moving and that helped a lot in decision making. Even the crew members who were part of the loading and unloading were excellent. they were right on time at the loading and at the unloading they were well ahead of the schedule which made me amaze.  Thanks a lot!!

Gave me a quote, gave a eta (9-12) showed up 30 minutes late. Once they showed up charged me an additional $400. This fee included a flat fee. Asked them to pack and move all of my belongings, as it was a flat rate I decided to take items that I previously was not planning to take. The mover rolled his eyes when I asked him to move everything in my 450 square foot one bedroom apartment. The movers themselves apart from charging me an additional $400 were great. Careful with my items apart from hitting a sign when they were pulling out of the parking spot in my previous apartment. Overall, if they did conduct such poor business, the movers did a great job. The company however is sleazy.

I literally wish I could leave ZERO stars for the HORRIBLE experience my family and I had with this “company”. 

Everything seemed incredibly professional and up front from my first interaction to the day we had our home visit. One of the employees came to do an assessment and give a quote for our move from New York to Florida. Almost ALL of our belongings we already packed the day we received the on site estimate. We had some loose items that day that we weren’t 100% sure how to pack and ASKED the man while he was there about a couple fans, my daughter’s tricycle, a wagon. He told us “Don’t worry, the guys take all this stuff”. Feeling confident, we signed and gave the deposit. 

About a week before our move, I spoke with one of the gentleman in the office to confirm some details for our moving day and mentioned the items again. He seemed hesitant and said EVERY ITEM needs to be accounted for and added some additional truck space for these items which added almost $200 to the original quote. 

Moving day comes and the guys say they are going to do another assessment and give a final quote. They tried to add ANOTHER $500!!! We then realized this company is a TOTAL SCAM. “Don’t worry the guys take all this stuff” was seemingly just another way to take advantage of people who are moving out of state and are in a bind with no other option then to pay the outrageous fees for things intentionally left off the moving list that we made them aware of prior to our move!! We ended up leaving several items behind, luckily with family and friends which we went to back up to NY for and moved on our own. 

We were told that we would be given 24-48 hours notice of the day and time frame the movers would be arriving with our belongings in Florida. I had to give the storage unit notice of a move in time in advance and my initial move had to be within office hours. Olympus notified me on a Thursday that truck would be arriving “sometime between Saturday and Monday” and that someone would call me 24 hours ahead to give me the exact day and time frame. On Saturday I get a call from Olympus saying the movers will be arrive in two hours!!! No 24 hour notice! TWO HOURS NOTICE!! When I call the company to tell them this is unacceptable and in need 24 hours to make proper arrangements with my storage facility, the man YELLED AT ME OVER THE PHONE AND TOLD ME THIS WAS ALL MY FAULT!!! He said the 3 Day window they gave me was my time frame!!!! How can anyone make proper arrangements with that?! Should I have stayed at the storage for 3 days until they arrived?! He continued to scream at me and tell me that I needed to figure something out because the guys were on their way and they couldn’t hold my stuff for another day! I ended up having to have them move all of my things into a friends garage!! Instead of the anticipated two hours, the movers showed up 8 hours later!!! At almost 9pm! 

No amends were ever made, they just offered me $75 which I REFUSED! $75 on a move that cost us almost 3k!!! What an insult! Please save yourself the hassle!! This company made an already stressful, long distance move 100 TIMES MORE STRESSFUL! Stay FAR AWAY!!!

We did a long distance move and the moving specialist was very thorough and did a great job of communicating throughout the entire process. They called several times to let me know when my items were leaving, in transit and approx (3 days out) time of delivery. All the movers were professional, and I would use this company again and recommend them to friends.

i have very bad experience, Initially estimated for X amount and their staff came for packing and gave increased estimate for almost $400 more than initially agreed amount
