This is the most remarkable experience I have ever had with sushi. They bring the experience, quality and service to a whole new level. We had the full luxury experience set of one served after another. Their fish was purely fresh, taste was superior and just everything was over the top. I have eaten at dozens of places and this is question the best! They set a new standard!

While in Miami this a place that should be a must if you like sushi!! Try the Omakai experience!! Is an Omakase restaurant where you basically let the chef guide you through the flavors while they explain the fish and sauces being used!! Out of all the sushi places I've been this is definitely the top one so far!! The service was great I was blown away by the whole experience!!

It was definitely money well spent considering how affordable the menu is as it does cater to different set omakases. I was expecting a little more in terms of flavour wise. Overall it was good along with the sake flight

To be honest, it certainly wasn't bad. But it wasn't especially memorable or outstanding either. Perhaps I came with too high of an expectation, but this restaurant, while not doing anything wrong, also seems a little lackluster compared to other high end omakase restaurants. Some flavour pairings were also a bit weird in my opinion. Overall a bit overrated in my opinion.

Located in the heart of Wynwood is this cozy & minimalistic Japanese restaurant. The service was very attentive, Erin our server made the experience even greater! We tried the Deluxe menu and added other items à la carte. Every single item was delicious and it was a high quality fish but definitely the portions are  extremely small, therefore the price ratio is high. Must Try: Wagyu A5 sushi OMG, I would return for this, Squid Salad, Wagyu tartare, Salmon Sashimi. Overall great place for high quality & exquisite sushi!

OMAKAI Sushi is hands down the best sushi experience in all of South Florida.  First and foremost, the service is absolutely top-tier. The servers are kind, funny, respectful, and always knowledgeable about every single ingredient that is presented to you.  The omakase experience is just that, an experience. Every dish is carefully sauced and portioned. The fish is immaculate and so fresh it’s like you ate it right off the boat.  I have been to OMAKAI four times, and every single time it gets better. They change elements of their menu seasonally, and improve on every single aspect of every dish.  If you opt for the vegan omakase it is clear how much attention to detail the chefs put in, as seen in the freshness and seasonal selection of vegetables.  Overall, OMAKAI cannot be beat out at its incredible price and quality. It is worth the drive to Wynwood and is a must try.

Great sushi. Fish is very tasty. Price is fairly moderate for Japanese in Miami. Highly recommended. Suggest you book ahead of time.

It starts 12:30, don’t go there too early. Everything there is good especially urchin. Though I don’t like sweet shrimp, don’t like the taste and sashimi is not very fresh.

Amazing experience !!!!    Omakaze menu - incredible selection of sushi.   The server was also very knowledgeable!   Definitely can not wait until my next visit

*** Omakai Sushi ***  Kind of small space.  Lousy service, forgot to re fill water and to bring extra ginger.  We ordered 2 Omakai Experiences. Some of the nigiri did not taste right, still kind of like a fair value for the prices.  Sake and mochi ice cream  were good.  Give it a try !!!!
