Ono Poké Shop
"Ono Poké Shop is based on the Hawaiian delicacy with a Japanese twist. Our head chef hails from over five years of experience with the legendary upscale Japanese restaurant, Makoto, located in Bal Harbor, Florida; bringing us the quality and consistency that sets us apart.Diners can create their own personal poke bowls and choose between the large variety of Ono's top shelf, fresh, delivered-daily sushi grade fish and produce. Ono Poke Bowls are high in Omega-3s, low in calories, rich in protein, and super convenient, making it a quick and healthy alternative for the on-the-go lifestyle."

Customer service: I don’t want to generalize, but today, Sunday 2:00pm, the service was terrible, I don’t know if the lady in the picture was having a terrible day, but had the worst attitude. Come on, we are talking about customer service. This was my second time here, and will never push to come again. She wanted to charge us $20+ for a large poke. Lucky me that my GF knew the real price. $10ish. About the food: it was delicious.
Good service, they let me park my bike inside since there isn’t any bike parking/locks in front. I wish they used less plastic here because it’s delicious poke but they put it in a plastic bowl instead of a washable container.
Our boss is always talking about how they have best Poke bowls, so he decided to treat us all for lunch. He drove from Doral to Wynwood to get us Poke Bowls, considering the distance we all had very high expectations which were filled. I will highly recommend this place if you are Poke Bowl fan it was fresh delicious and the small bowl is huge!! so you get your moneys worth!
5 stars for the poke spicy tuna bowl - so good 3 stars for the service. I ate there tonight and it was a really slow night and I ate alone. The people working were not professional or welcoming - I had to wait for the girl to stop texting so she would look at me to take my order. She was nice, but then loudly shared her thoughts on subjects I didn’t need to hear about while I ate. Took away from my experience a bit.
Very good Poke. Will come back. Ask for it "Vanessa style." Like that they will put no rice or just a spoonful if youre avoiding rice. Could have a few more toppings but it's one of the best poke bowls ive had on the east coast.
I was very far from my regular “Poke” place but the worse choice was to stop around Wynwood for it. The white girl cashier totally rude and unwelcoming. Their food is covered “red flag” when asked as to why their answer was is just the owners choice of design. Trust me I am all about the food specifically being a restaurant owner and if you walk to a “poke” place their white rice should not be salty and the taste of their salmon wasn’t fresh at all. In addition, requested all their toppings but obviously they missed cucumber + edemame. Don’t know if the owner “Noriel” reads the comments but it looks like they ignore all their customers reviews. If you want to remain in business read and act based on your customers at the end of the day they are the ones who keep you or take you out of business. Will never return to this place and definitely not recommended.
Ordered Ono Poke spicy tuna bowl with UberEats. Food was so fresh and ono. Love being able to customize toppings. I chose crispy onions, edamame, jalapenos, and tobiko! It was great, the only thing that would have made it a little better would have been more wasabi aoili, which I will specify next time. Had enough for 2 servings. The paper bag the food came in with a cute little note saying thank you for you first order and enjoy was a nice touch! Mahalo for a taste of Hawaii nei!
Pretty good Poké and drink options. A bit pricy though.
Ono Poke is a neat little poke shop with great flavors! A bit on the pricey side, but the fish was fresh and delicious! A must have for poke lovers.
Tasty fresh poke, clean place and friendly servers. Good variety of toppings. Would recommend.
