You get what you pay for. The resort is fairly expensive but incredibly worth it. The hotel is beautiful, it's well kept, and very comfortable. The service matches the hotel. All of the staff are incredibly friendly and helpful. Absolutely recommended for a weekend getaway.

Beautiful scenery, lots of history in the building, on-site shopping, dining and walking trails, indoor pool. Valet parking offered. More activities to do in the summer but so worth it any time of the year! Their room service staff was definitely on their B squad for the off-season but all of the wait staff, concierge and valet were very polite and accommodating. Highly recommended to stay here at least once!

We had our wedding at Bedford Springs, and it was a wonderful experience from day 1. With the help of Bryn Keller, we pulled a beautiful wedding together in 60 days. Bryn was the ultimate professional - thinking of every detail that we would need and perfectly executing our design plan. The staff was accommodating and friendly. The food was excellent. I couldn't ask for a better experience. It was truly a day that I'll remember for the rest of my life. Thank you for providing such a wonderful service!!

I stayed at the Omni Bedford for my honeymoon, a total of three nights. My first impression of the place was "wow." As we drove up the evening of our arrival, my wife and I were awed by the décor on the exterior of the already impressive building - there were Christmas lights everywhere. The valet was cordial and helpful, and will even warm up your vehicle if you call ahead. The room was spacious and clean, and the amenities were plentiful. We purchased a package that includes the delivery of champagne and chocolate strawberries (all of which were fresh). The staff at the front desk was accommodating of our requests during our stay. I am very pleased with the quality of service. The hotel itself is lovely, with walking paths all around, a fire pit, natural springs with historical markers, and an indoor heated pool. The restaurant has top quality food; the chef forgot to include blueberries in my dish, and personally brought them to my table. I enjoyed simply walking about the resort to see the many historic ballrooms and areas. As old as the structure is, it feels very modern at the same time.

Beautiful resort with a lot of things to do. The food was excellent. The staff was very friendly and helpful. I believe this resort was reasonably priced given the overall value we received during our stay.
