Been going here for years and I have never received anything but top quality service! I have gotten a wide range of services to include massages, facials, waxing, & hair cuts and color. The spa has a modern look that is extremely well managed. If you haven't already, be sure to visit the Warm Springs Spa in Chambersburg, Pa.

Pedicure Review:  Extremely disappointed.  I wanted a place where my step-daughter and I could get pedicures.  I knew the price going in, but I wanted the "spa" experience and the side by side so I decided to splurge.  I was (rudely) told that I would need to give a credit card when I made the appointment and that I would be charged if I didn't give a 24 hour cancellation notice.  I paid for the seasonal "Mojito" spa pedicure, which came with a drink.  My step-daughter is underage and did not get the drink but was still charged the same price.  They rushed through the entire process... the scrub, the mask, the massage all rushed.  And the final result isn't very nice.  The nails were not shaped well and the polish was slapped on.  My half full drink was snatched away and we were shown to the door without  even allowing the polish to dry.  The woman at the check out was unfriendly and rudely reminded us to leave a tip.  Was just trying to have a fun girls night and this was a big let down.  Don't waste your money.

Amy Cockroft does a fantastic job with my massages. She uses the right amount of pressure every time and has a variety of techniques to work my back and neck. She is also very knowledgeable in her profession and offers great advice also. I would recommend her to anyone. The atmosphere is comfortable and friendly.
